Subscriber’s Ledger Management System is a large -scale database and site to site secure VPN to ERP Project. VPN services establish secure and encrypted connections to provide greater privacy than even a secured Wi-Fi hotspot. This project is for maintaining the ledger and invoice. The project is also integrated with mobile financial service through API.

Project Details: Through this system head office of BTCL and 34 branches office collect fees/revenue and prepare ledger. The customer can obtain an invoice from an online system which is automatically updated in the ledger once payment is made in designated bank and mobile financial services through API. The system has many features for customers' self services. The key features includes : Centralized System, Web based billing system, Transference of transaction, Cyber security & VPN connectivity, SLMS training on 34 revenue office of BTCL, Minimum bank reconciliation system, Faster billing generation process, Real time payment billing confirmation, E-mail & SMS billing notification, 24/7 service support.
