BIDA Renews Service Agreement with Business Automation to Enhance One-Stop Service Platform for Investors

The Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) launched the Online One-Stop Service (OSS) platform in 2019 to provide all services to local and foreign investors from a single platform. Currently, the platform offers 134 services from 35 government agencies, 12 commercial banks, and 5 chamber associations. To enhance service quality for investors and ensure the application of advanced technology in the OSS platform, BIDA has renewed its agreement with Business Automation.

Since the inception of the OSS project in Bangladesh, Business Automation has been serving as the technology partner. We firmly believe that this renewed partnership, backed by our accumulated experience, will further enrich the country’s investment ecosystem, making it more efficient, effective, and globally competitive.
