Key Responsibilities

  • Receive client's support requests and complains over the phone, online or directly face to face
  • Identify root causes and provide solutions accordingly
  • Have to sit the client's site
  • Provide IT support to end users for e.g. Systems, End user's Desktop, Laptop and other IT accessories
  • Perform other duties assigned by Management when required
  • The candidate should have team work mind set
  • Must have updated knowledge of customer profiles and strengths
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Co-ordination between customer & others team.
  • Working with a variety of updated solutions and always keeping up to date with the latest technology.

Job Requirements

  • Age 21 to 25 years.
  • Both male & females are allowed to apply.
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Good listening skills and analytical skills.
  • Willing to work in any location within Dhaka
  • 2 (Two) month probation period (during the probation period will provide monthly allowance only).

Educational Requirements

B.Sc in CSE any reputed University
