Job Context

Business Automation is a pioneering ITES company of Bangladesh with both local and global footprint. It has over 26 years of experience under its belt with more than 300 clients and achieved 12 local and international Award. We are the leading company in Queue Management System (Queue Pro) and Kiosk based solution in the local market. We offer one stop service system, customer management services, Data Analysis, IT Service Delivery, Device Integration, Central Monitoring Dashboard etc. Now we are actively looking a Dynamic, Self-Motivated and experienced personnel to join our winning Technical Documentation Team as a Young Professional. Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of EOI and RFP proposal for Government/Private Sector and different types of donor agencies like- World Bank/IFC/ADB/UN according to the PPR/ Procurement rules.
  • Strong skill on taking requirement from end-users.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented concepts, design patterns, solution architecture as per the project requirements and application efficiency.
  • Writing Technical Proposal in Software domain, creating SRS, SDD, FRS, URS Improving documents.
  • Attend the pre-bid meeting to understand the tender clauses and requirements.

  • Excellent writing and documentation skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office. 
  • Familiarity with proposal writing tools and techniques.

B.Sc in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or IT from any reputed University.
