Young Professional for Onsite IT Operation Team

Job Context

Business Automation is a pioneering ITES company in Bangladesh with both local and global footprints. It has over 23 years of experience under its belt with more than 300 clients and achieved 12 local and international Awards. We are the leading company in One-stop Service (OSS). Now we are actively looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Young Professional to join the Onsite IT Operation as Young Professional. At Business Automation, we empower our team members to reach their fullest potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive client's support requests and complaints over the phone, online or directly face to face
  • Provide support, identify problems' root causes and provide solutions accordingly
  • Have to sit the client's site when required
  • Provide IT support to end users for e.g. end user's Desktop, Laptop and other IT accessories
  • Perform other duties assigned by Management when required.
  • The candidate should have team work mind set
  • Must have updated knowledge of customer profiles and strengths.  
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Coordination between customer & others team. 
  • Working with a variety of updated solutions and always keeping up to date with the latest technology.
