Training Coordinator

Job Context

Business Automation is a pioneering ITES company of Bangladesh with both local and global footprint. It has over 25 years of experience under its belt with more than 300 clients and achieved 12 local and international Award. We are the leading company in Queue Management System (Queue Pro) and Kiosk based solution in the local market. We offer one stop service system, customer management services, Data Analysis, IT Service Delivery, Device Integration etc. Now we are actively looking a Dynamic experienced Self-Motivated Training Coordinator to join our Implementation & I.T.S Team. Key Responsibilities

1. Support the preparation of training plan and training program, organization of training

courses;

2. Searching for demand-based Skill Development opportunities for the employee;

3. Conducting need assessment and identification of skills of knowledge gaps that

need to be addressed during the training courses;

4. Design, prepare, and revise training materials including training modules;

5. Assessing instructional effectiveness and summarizing pre and post-evaluation

reports determining the impact of training on employee skills 

6. Support the monitoring of the training programs from selecting training participants,

enrollment, certification;

7. Keep records of Skill Development courses and monitoring tools and prepare monitoring reports of all activities;

8. Perform other duties assigned by Top Management when required.
