• Receive client's support requests and complains over the phone, online or directly face to face.
• Provide support, identify problems' root causes and provide solutions accordingly.
• Keep record of each support and complain details after providing solutions.
• Have to visit the client's site when required.
• Resolve hardware, software and connectivity problems and determining the source of computer problems and providing solutions accordingly.
• Provide IT support to end users for e.g. end user's Desktop, Laptop and other IT accessories.
• Repairing and recovering hardware or software failures and simultaneously coordinating and communicating with concerned authorities.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Conduct proper Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of LAN/ MAN/ WAN equipment's like Router, Switch, etc.
• Perform other duties assigned by Top Management when required.
• The candidate should have teamwork mind set.
• The Punctuality is essential for a candidate.

Age 21 to 26 years

• Diploma in Computer Engineering from any BTEB or polytechnic institute.
• Skills Required: Need Basic Knowledge of Linux and Database
