Tech Support Associate

Job Context

Need to attend 1 month on job training. After 1 month on job training you will qualified for full-time work. Business Automation is offering the position to those who are keen to start their career with on-the-job training and real-life work experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer queries, complaints or requests from existing and potential customers through calls and social media in both Bengali and English languages
  • Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
  • Perform every call actively to solve client's problem.
  • Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
  • Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.

  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Age 21 to 28 years
  • Both male & females are allowed to apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Good listening skills and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work in any shift.
  • Similar experience in BPO industry will get preference.
  • 1-month training period (during the training period will provide monthly allowance only).

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in CSE/ Bachelor Degree/Diploma
  • Educational qualifications may be relaxed in the case of experienced candidates.
