• Receive client's support requests and complains over the phone, online, or directly face to face
• Provide support, identify problems root causes and provide solutions accordingly
• Have to sit the client's site
• Provide IT support to end users for e.g. End user's Desktop, Laptop and other IT accessories
• Perform other duties assigned by Management when required
• The candidate should have team work mind set
• Must have updated knowledge of customer profiles and strengths
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Co-ordination between customer & others team.
• Working with a variety of updated solutions and always keeping up to date with the latest technology. 

• Age 21 to 25 years.
