Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager- HR Admin

Job Context

Business Automation Ltd. is a pioneering ITES company in Bangladesh with both a local and global footprint. It has over 25 years of experience with more than 300 clients.
 

Key Responsibilities

* Capability to prepare all sort of official letters such as- Appointment, Increment, Confirmation, Transfer, Suspension and Termination.
* Maintaining and regularly updating personal file and personal database of each employee through HR Software.
* Assist recruitment process and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
* Preparing salary & wages, allowances, incentives, OT payment & bonus sheets as per company policy.
* To facilitate newcomers joining formalities and to conduct employee orientation.
* Arrange and conduct monthly Leadership and other meeting and circulate the minutes to the respective concerns.
* Ability to prepare policy development and documentation.
* Assist in completing Annual Appraisal.
* Sound Knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, e-communication platforms, Power Point etc.
* Respond to employee related queries and provide services to all HR related inquiries and requests.
* Generate HR related report as required by management.
* Ensure appropriate security of all HR-related information & maintain the employee security & safety Issue.
* Partner management & implement corporate communications.
* Assist Management for any jobs as required.
* To work and assist with HR related committee.
* To ensure other admin related work.
