Software Engineer (ReactJS/VueJS)

Job Context

  • Business Automation Ltd. is a pioneering ITES company in Bangladesh with both local and global footprint. It has over 26 years of experience with more than 300 clients.
  • We are seeking a versatile and skilled Software Engineer with expertise in ReactJS and an ability to work with VueJS. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will excel in ReactJS development and be comfortable adapting to VueJS when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop web applications using ReactJS and VueJS.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Implement and maintain a continuous integration and delivery process.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Optimise the application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Need to do Teamwork and assist other team members when necessary.
  • Quickly learn and implement new technologies/skills when something unknown is encountered.
  • Brainstorming the conceptual design for new & existing projects.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in web application development using ReactJS.
  • Experience with VueJS or willingness to work with VueJS.
  • Experience with Git, Redux, React Router, and  ReactJS libraries.
  • Experience with Vuex, Vue Router and other Vue Js libraries.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs.
  • Ability to multitask, react quickly to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of preparing technical documentation, API documentation, SRS, and User manuals.
  • Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting web applications.
  • Experienced in GitHub version control, as well as DevOps, AWS/GCP, Docker, and Redis-related knowledge will be a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Prior experience in Agile/Scrum knowledge will be a plus.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc in CSE, Software Engineering, ICT, IT or relevant background from any reputed university (4 years Hons.)
