Sr. Business Development Executive (Development Partner Segment)

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Executive (Development Partner Segment), you will lead efforts to secure strategic partnerships and generate leads with international development partners operating in Bangladesh. You will enhance our brand credibility as Bangladesh’s most trusted technology partner by winning donor-funded ICT and consultancy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify business opportunities with donor-funded and development partner-funded ICT or consultancy projects in Bangladesh.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at agencies and other multilateral/bilateral donors.
• Monitor and track RFPs, EOIs, and procurement notices relevant to IT-enabled services (ITES) on donor platforms and bidding portals.
• Coordinate technical proposal development in collaboration with internal technical and marketing teams and complete the bidding process. 
• Maintain sales pipeline reports and monthly activity plans to achieve lead generation targets.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of donor agency procurement mechanisms and proposal process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bangla.
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet research, and online bidding portals.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with technical and proposal teams.
• Strategic thinking with a target-driven mindset.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Educational Requirements

Experience
