Jr. Executive / Executive- (HR & Admin)

Job Context

Business Automation Ltd. is a pioneering ITES company in Bangladesh with a local and global footprint. It has over 23 years of experience with more than 300 clients. 

We are looking for a result-oriented and smart working member for our HR and Admin team at Rajshahi Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • To maintain Site Petty cash.
  • Preparation / Issuing office notes, memos, office orders, all kinds of letters & circulars in respect of HR & admin issues
  • Maintain and update different records of employees like leave, attendance, meal, personal files, and other documents as per the company's policy.
  • Employee database management.
  • Handling disciplinary & grievance procedures, and employee relation issues as per law & company policies.
  • Follow up attendance & leave management.
  • Coop up with the updated HR Policy and ensure the practical implication of all HR-related matters within the organization.
  • Help to prepare appointment/offer letters, schedule interviews, and support information & communication on recruitment in the office support with screening new recruitment.
  • Arrangement of meetings, preparation agenda, minutes, and circulation within the stipulated time.
  • Ensure that the references/background of selected candidates is accurate and that educational certificates are verified.
  • Assist in preparing payroll & Overtime.
  • Able to manage departmental activities efficiently & any other tasks as assigned by the team head & management.

  • Age at most 30 years
