IT Help Desk Representative

Job Context

Need to attend 15 days of job training. After 15 days of job training, you will be qualified for full-time work. Business Automation is offering the position to those who are keen to start their career with on-the-job training and real-life work experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Need to handle face-to-face customer support.
  • Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
  • Perform every support actively to solve the client's problem.
  • Must be knowledgeable about web browsing, email & social media.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
  • Report from time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.

  • Age 21 to 28 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good oral communication skills.
