We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our dedicated CIRT & Infrastructure team. As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be pivotal in ensuring the security and resilience of our software applications and systems. You will collaborate closely with our development and operations teams to implement robust security measures and protect our software products from cyber threats, while also promoting a culture of security awareness across the organization.

• Design, implement, and maintain security measures to protect software applications, networks, and systems from cyber-attacks.
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify and address potential weaknesses in our software products (VAPT).
• Develop and implement security protocols and best practices for software development and deployment processes (SSDLC).
• Monitor software systems for security breaches or intrusions and promptly respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate security controls and best practices into our software development lifecycle.
• Promote security awareness across the organization through training programs, workshops, and communication of security policies and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies; recommend security enhancements or improvements.
• Conduct security reviews and audits of software code, configurations, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams on security-related issues and best practices.
• Participate in incident response and forensic investigations as required.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Cyber Security Engineer or similar role in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software security principles, secure coding practices, and common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10, CWE Top 25).
• Experience with security testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their security features.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, PHP, Bash.
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewall configurations, and other security technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex technical information and translate it for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, eJPT, CompTIA Security+.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of container security (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with security testing. security incident response and digital forensics.
