Business Development Specialist (Local & International Sector)

Job Context

Business Automation is a pioneering ITES company of Bangladesh with both local and global footprint. It has over 25 years of experience under its belt with more than 300 clients and achieved 12 local and international Award. We are the leading company in Queue Management System (Queue Pro) and Kiosk based solution in the local market. We offer one stop service system, customer management services, Data Analysis, IT Service Delivery, Device Integration, Central Monitoring Dashboard etc. Now we are actively looking a Dynamic, Self-Motivated and experienced personnel to join our winning Business Development Team as a Business Development Specialist (Local & International Sector). Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting research to identify potential donor agencies like- UNDP, GIZ, JICA, World Bank, ADB etc. that align with the organization's mission and projects.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with representatives from donor agencies.
  • Search daily different tender portal Like- e-GP, donor agencies & purchase and working on the selected tender document.
  • Experience on submitting tender documents through client portal.
  • Co-ordination between existing customer, partner and service team.
  • Understating the local and international agencies buying process. 
  • Ensuring that all documentation related to proposals, agreements, and reports is accurately maintained.
  • Should have knowledge on Planning and executing different types of events, campaigns, or initiatives to attract new donors and retain existing ones.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor information in the database.

  • Must have at least 3 (Three) Years of experience in the related field.
  • Fluency of writing and speaking in English is a must.
  • Ability to work under tight schedule.
