Associate, Sales Enablement

Job Context

The Associate, Sales Enablement, plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing the necessary tools, resources, and training to enhance their performance and productivity. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to meet their targets and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Support: Assist in creating, updating, and managing sales enablement content such as sales playbooks, product sheets, case studies, presentations, and training materials.
  • Training Assistance: Support the development and delivery of training programs for the sales team, including onboarding new hires and conducting ongoing training sessions.
  • Sales Tools Management: Help manage and optimize the use of sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide the sales team with relevant insights and intelligence.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and workflows. Help implement best practices and standardize processes across the sales team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from the sales team and customers to help improve sales enablement initiatives and product offerings.
