Project Manager/ Assistant Project Coordinator

Job Context

Business Automation is a pioneering ITES company of Bangladesh with both local and global footprint. It has over 25 years of experience under its belt with more than 300 clients and achieved 12 local and international Award. We are the leading company in Queue Management System (Queue Pro) and Kiosk based solution in the local market. We offer one stop service system, customer management services, data analysis, IT service delivery, device integration etc. Now we are actively looking a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced personnel to join our winning Project Operation Team as Project Coordinator. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Manager/Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating different project/programs. They must have an excellent understanding of how to manage their projects with strict deadlines while staying within budget constraints by utilizing resources effectively.
  • Understanding Business Requirements, Analysis and coordination in project development and implementation with pre-set guidelines. Customer need analysis and approach the solution.
  • Maintaining and Monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Executing work & projects based on Scrum methodology (Codelab/JIRA)
  • Follow work direction and plan for associates as per their capability, preparing and presenting various weekly/monthly reports related to their productivity along with PM
  • Providing value added solution services by monitoring the post service activities like follow up with the clients, service reminders, invoicing
  • Mapping client's requirement and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ability to adopt project changes Requirements. Developing project strategies.
  • Ensuring continuous interaction with customers to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels
  • Preparing Status Reports with necessary Interpretations, monitoring the day-to-day progress of the projects and providing regular updates to the management and the clients.
  • Handling each project module with total team members including developers & testers 
  • Ensuring timely & quality delivery as per plan. 
  • Monitor project activities and advise staff of issues due to resource availability.
  • Mapping client’s requirements and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
  • Documentation skill for various types of documents such as project reports, software & hardware deliverable reports, technical documentation, formal communication & presentations etc.

  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work on deadlines.
  • Certification of PMP or related field would get priority
