• Receive client support requests and complaints over the phone, online, or directly face-to-face.
• Provide support, identify problems' root causes, and provide solutions accordingly.
• Keep a record of each support and complaint details after providing solutions.
• Have to visit the client's site when required.
• Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems and determine the source of computer problems and provide solutions accordingly.
• Provide IT support to end users e.g. end user's Desktop, Laptop, and other IT accessories.
• Perform other duties assigned by Team Leader when required.

• Age 21 to 25 years
• Both males & females are allowed to apply.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Good listening skills and analytical skills.

BBA/MBA in Marketing or B. Sc in CSE from any reputed University. May be relaxed in case of experience.
