Alhamdulillah! Today we wrapped up a focused and collaborative session with active participation from the Development, Project Operations, CIRT & Infra, Implementation & ITS, Industry 4.0, WebCrafter, and InnovX teams.

Together, we reflected on key operational imbalances and challenges, and proposed realistic, team-driven solutions to improve our workflows and outcomes.

It was more than a review—it was a collective effort to move toward sustainable growth through reflection, dialogue, and teamwork.
