DevOps Boosts Government E-Plot System Efficiency: A Case Study

I’m pleased to share that our paper, "Adopting DevOps Practices in Government Systems: Enhancing Operational Efficiency and Security in Business Automation Ltd.'s E-Plot Management System" was presented at the 2025 IEEE International Conference on Quantum Photonics, Artificial Intelligence, and Networking (QPAIN 2025) at Bangladesh Army University of Science & Technology (BAUST), Rangpur, Bangladesh.

The paper investigates the implementation of DevOps and DevSecOps at Business Automation Ltd alongside the development of an E-Plot Management System (ePMS) with Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (RAJUK). Our findings demonstrate improvements in software delivery speed, system stability, and operational efficiency. Despite challenges like cultural opposition and tool integration, DevOps practices resulted in faster deployments, reduced errors, and enhanced collaboration between development and operations teams. The study suggests further training and scaling DevOps practices for larger systems and organizations.
