One Stop Service Platform - OSSP, an Integrated digital delivery platform and incredibly useful framework where an online facilitation mechanism make a completed process that seeks to bring relevant government agencies together, coordinated and streamlined to provide efficient and transparent services to investors. It has been a part of the Government of Bangladesh’s initiatives to “ease of doing business” and improvement of the investment climate in Bangladesh.

Project Details: “ One Stop Service (OSS) System for Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA)” project is a single window and the only point of contact between the Government of Bangladesh and domestic and foreign investors. The envisioned OSS will bring the services of approximately 35 agencies into one single platform to provide easy access to investor services within no. of 154 services. Central monitoring dashboard of this project will connect with multiple data sources to top management like providing real time information, reporting engine, consistent view, easy changing process. The key features of this project are single sign on (OSSPID), Central Monitoring Dashboard, Online Payment Service, simplified applicate management, API manager, notification management, investors feedback management, desk delegation system and many more.

Using the single OSS ID investors can login to BIDA OSS for the investment related services. The services are delivered through the workflow integrated with stakeholders’ systems. The system has been designed in microservice architecture.
