National Board of Revenue, Government of Bangladesh used SmartQ for managing the citizen's visit at first "Income Tax Fair" held from 25 - 30 September in Dhaka. The system had given token to the citizens who l come to this fair for tax related services. The token routed to different tax officials for serving and the numbers had displayed at the central display. The system had given report to the management to the visitors. This is the first kind of technology displayed in that kind fair.
