Young Professional for Production Team

Job Context

Business Automation is a pioneering ITES company of Bangladesh with both local and global footprint. It has over 25 years of experience under its belt with more than 300 clients and achieved 12 local and international Award. We are the leading company in Queue Management System (Queue Pro) and Kiosk based solution in the local market. We offer one stop service system, customer management services, Data Analysis, IT Service Delivery, Device Integration etc. Now we are actively looking Fresher, Self-Motivated Technical personnel to join our Production Team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assembling and manufacturing for different type of Hardware (Kiosk, industrial PC, podium signage, Printer).  
  • Ensure Quality of Raw Item, finished goods and visit supplier warehouse for measurement kiosk body. 
  • Sound knowledge at Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Receive client's support requests and complains over the phone, online or directly face to face.
  • Provide support, identify problems' root causes and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Keep record of each support and complain details after providing solutions.
  • Have to go the client's site when required for support and installation hardware & software. 
  • Provide IT support to end users for e.g. end user's Desktop, Laptop and other IT accessories.
  • Repairing and recovering hardware or software failures and simultaneously coordinating and communicating with concerned authorities.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
  • Conduct proper Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of LAN/ MAN/ WAN equipment & like Router, Switch, etc.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Top Management when required.
  • The candidate should have team work mind set. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Always keeping up to date with the latest technology.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Computer Application / Computer technology From Any govt. Polytechnic
