Training Outreach Representative

Job Context

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Training Outreach Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and training programs, engaging with potential participants, and ensuring the successful implementation of outreach initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote training programs.
  • Identify and engage with potential participants, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide information and support to participants regarding training opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and participant feedback.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials and content.
  • Represent the organization at community events, fairs, and conferences.

Job Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Educational Requirements
