SEO & Media Buying Specialist

Job Context

Business Automation Ltd. is looking for a results-driven SEO & Media Buying Specialist to generate high-quality leads and boost digital visibility for our core products – Queue Pro, InsightDB, and EBS.

This role requires expertise in both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Media Campaigns. The selected candidate will manage SEO for our websites and execute performance-focused ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn to generate a minimum of 400+ qualified B2B leads per month for our products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan & implement SEO strategies for company websites: Queue Pro, InsightDB , EBS & BA-Systems
  2. Run paid ad campaigns on Google,Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn for B2B lead generation
  3. Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis
  4. Strategic Keywords ranked in Google (within position 1–10)
  5. Track campaign performance, landing page effectiveness & funnel conversions
  6. Collaborate closely with Call Center & Sales Teams for lead follow-up & conversion tracking
  7. Coordinate with Design & Content Teams to develop ad creatives, videos & landing pages
  8. Ensure all marketing materials follow company branding standards
  9. Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI
  10. Maintain a consistent flow of 400+ quality leads/month

Job Requirements

  1. 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and paid campaign management
  2. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytic
  3. Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
  4. Experience in lead generation for B2B/tech or software products preferred
  5. Ability to work across teams and manage multiple campaigns efficiently
  6. Excellent reporting, coordination, and communication skills

Educational Requirements

A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, computer science, statistics, or a related field is often preferred, combined with strong skills and knowledge in SEO, media buying, analytics, and communication.
