This Project is a web based One Stop Service (OSS) which offers BEZA to get all the services they need in just one platform. It is an incredibly useful framework that introduces cloud based Platform with latest features and extra layer of security and reliability. Though OSS, BEZA authorities and stakeholders are able to establish, license, operate, manage and control economic zones in Bangladesh.

Through the OSS system, foreign as well as local investor can apply for various services such as Project Clearance, Visa Recommendation, Work Permit, Export Permit, Import Permit, Local Sales Permit, Local Purchase Permit etc and they get all their require services from a single window. Other modules of this service are Visa Assistance, Trade License, Commercial Operation, Sample Import Permit, Sample Export Permit, Occupancy and so on. The OSS platform is developed on Microservice Architecture. To manage microservice effectively and efficiently, there has been used Kubernetes as a container orchestration tool.

The other main features of this project are single sign on (OSSPID), Central Monitoring Dashboard, Online Payment Service, simplified applicant management, API manager, notification management and there is also a setup of help desk and help desk operators to provide support service to BEZA & other stakeholders. 24/7 call center service is also provided for the stakeholders.
