This Project is a web based One Stop Service Platform (OSSP), which make offers to Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park to ensure use all services that they need in just one platform. It is an incredibly useful framework that introduces cloud based platform including latest features and extra layer of security and reliability.

All authorities and stakeholders are able to establish, manage and operate technology business parks throughout the country through using the OSSP.

Project Details:

This project is an automated investor friendly process flow system, which is time saving, cost-effective, hassle-free and investor friendly. Including supply, installation and commissioning of require Hardware and Network equipment, there are several functionalities which helps to Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authorities such as Project Registration, Project Clearance, Land Allotment, Space Allotment, Visa Recommendation, Work Permit, Visa Assistance, Local Sales Permit, Local Purchase Permit and so on.

The OSS platform is developed on Microservice Architecture. To manage microservice effectively and efficiently, there has been used kubernetes as a container orchestration tool.

The other main features of OSSP are single sign on (OSSPID), Central Monitoring Dashboard, Online Payment Service, simplified application management, API manager, notification management and there is also a setup of help desk and help desk operators to provide support service to Hi-Tech Park and other stakeholders. 24/7 call center service is also provided for the stakeholders.
