E-mutation is the digitalization of the mutation process that refers to replacing, transferring or rewriting the name of the owner on the Records of Rights. or Khatians. The system eliminates the hassle of physical labour which existed in the previous process. This system has been the part of the Ministry of Land that has taken initiatives to maintain and enhance the e-mutation in an effort to provide adequate service to the people of the country. The web portal was successfully upgraded in order to provide better services to the users.

Project Details:

“ Enhancement & Maintenance of e-mutation System '' project comprises of 8 modules: mutated khotian, Chandinaviti, Khas Land, Vested Property, Jolmohal, Appeal case, Review Case, Misc. Case. Among other modules, Khas Land, Vested Property, Jolmohol Appeal case, Review Case & Misc. case are to be added into the system. Based on that later, we have added many required features which are being developed. We have successfully done the large scale data migration of e-mutation system and land portal from old hosting place to cloud server.
