In this project previous scope was development of 8 modules: mutated khotian, Chandinaviti, Khas Land, Vested Property, Jolmohal, Appeal case, Review Case, Misc. Case. Depending on that two modules are developed: mutated khotian & Chandinaviti. Among other modules Khas Land, Vested Property & Jolmohol URS & prototype works are done. Appeal case, Review Case & Misc. Case URS & process flow design are done.

After doing these tasks an instruction is arrived from A2i that the modules which are not developed yet in the scope will be stopped & instead of this development, e-mutation system related problems solving & required development works will be done. Based on that later, many required features are developed. Also, the major problems related to e-mutation, LISF & Land Portal are solved. We have successfully done the large-scale data migration of e-mutation system and land portal from old hosting place to cloud server.

A call center service is implemented here providing a mobile no. Representatives receive calls & try to give solution from their end. If it is related to technical support then they create a ticket & transfers to technical persons. Then technical persons solve it & gave a reply. Also, a chatbot service is installed to “vumisheba” facebook page which are used as piloting purpose.
