The Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism (MoCAT) manages licenses of travel agencies operating in Bangladesh. Prior to the digitalization, travel agencies had to apply manually for the new license or its renewals. The entire services were manual and completely complex in management.

Both the Government officials and the applicant had to work out hard for completion of the job due to the manual process. Business Automation Ltd. has designed and developed a web-based application where travel agencies can apply for renewal or cancelling to their license as well as change their office address and the license system fully work automated.
