Bengal Commercial Bank has implemented a voice logger solution from Business Automation for their treasury operation in accordance with Bangladesh Bank's guidelines for monitoring the treasury operation through conversation recording of the agents. The banks have been installing the solution, and Business Automation has already deployed the solutions.
