As a part of their customer services, they have planned for a complete service delivery platform of Business Automation Ltd. where there would be call center for attending the customer's online order taking & response. The customers will be able to take information from phone banking, statement by SMS, Fax and e-mail. The system will have an interface at the office for the customers' who will be taking statements from a kiosk. The entire services are integrated. The management will be able to monitor the services and business by using the dashboards under Qlikview.
