On the 13th December 2023; we signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Lab Science Diagnostics, a leading health service provider that ensure to provide international standard health care services to the people of the country at an affordable cost including tests and consultations.
All employees of Business Automation and his / her family members (Spouse, Children, Father, Mother, First Blood) are eligible to avail medical services at the discounted price. We have to preview our official ID into diagnostic centre located at 153/1, Green Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
The main discount offers and points are given below :
1. 40% discount on pathology / Lab tests provided by the OPD medical service provider shall exclusively apply to employees and their family members (Spouse, Children, Father, Mother, First Blood)
2. 30% discount on Radiology and other diagnostic tests (X - Ray, USG, ECG, ECHO, ETT, Endoscopy, Colonoscopy & etc.)
3. Molecular Test as per negotiation.
4. 5% to 7% discount on Medicine.
5. Home Deliver Service for Dhaka City (Conveyance Charge applicable).
6. Primary Doctor Consultation and Report (Free)
7. Mode of payment on the spot cash.
8. Discount is not applicable for Govt. fixed prices, Doctor's consultancy fees, Disposables, Fibro scan, UBT, home collection charge and all other package prices.
9. Patient party will show their Employee ID Card as proof for this discount service.
10. Lab Science Diagnostics will ensure the accurate and priority service at their outlets in Bangladesh.
11. Lab Science Diagnostics will be arranged a Meeting Health Conference for office job with concern party office.
